What are Placement Only services?

Tenant Placement Only

Maybe you prefer to handle the daily management yourself but don’t want to bother advertising the vacancy, showing the property at the tenant’s convenience and screening the tenants. Our placement service provides:

• Advertising (as stated above under full service) and showing the property
• Execute the lease agreement and addendums
• Thorough tenant screening through credit/criminal/eviction reports
• Security deposit transferred to owner upon lease signing

Fee: One full month’s rent

NOTE: On tenant placement only services , we do not prepare the house for rental. For example, if you need vendors to do repairs, paint etc we can provide that list and you can coordinate the items with the vendor directly. We do not do tenant move-in inspections nor do we do exit inspections. This is the owners responsibility and since we are not the Landlord, we do not provide these services.
